Dear Mrs. McKay, Brian, Valerie, Doug, Allan and families. With heartfelt sympathy to you all on the passing of Mr. McKay. Growing up with you all on Avenue Q North, the memories are many. I can still see Mr. McKay either in the garden, front yard or in the garage, always working on something. I had the opportunity to see Mr. McKay at the Cancer Clinic, and introduced my self and my son who was doing treatment at the time. We had a wonderful chat. I can also recall my dad Alex saying, I am catching a ride with Mac tomorrow to go to work. To the McKay family, cherish the memories you have, and may those memories live forever in your hearts.

My deepest sympathy to you Doug and Cheryl. I remember being at your place on Selkirk for New Years Eve and meeting both your mom and dad. Just always remember the times you had with your dad. Losing a parent is hard. Thinking of you guys.
