Roman Hauber

Roman Hauber November 30, 1928 July 30, 2009 Roman Hauber passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the age of 80 in Cudworth Nursing Home. Dad enjoyed having his family and friends come to visit. He will be missed by his children, Gary (Sharon) Hauber, Walter (Bonnie) Hauber, Joanne (Tim) Merk, Renee Kirtzinger and Roxanne (Mark) Koenning; 17 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; three sisters, Veronica Kleiter, Loretta Kleiter, and Celine (Henry) Kohle; brothers and sisters-in-law, Oscar (Dorothy) Renneberg, Wally (Angela) Renneberg, and Ray (Stella) Renneberg, Ron Pigott, Ed Deck, Irene Classen, Muriel (Willie) Welter, Isabel Renneberg, Agnes Renneberg. He was predeceased by: his wife, Leona; his parents, Otto and Elizabeth (Lopinski) Hauber; father and mother-in-law, Gerhard and Catherine (Green) Renneberg; brothers and sisters-inlaw, Charles Classen, Roman Kleiter, Clarence Kleiter, Lambert Renneberg, Roman Renneberg, Don Renneberg, Rita Pigott, Frances Deck; one granddaughter, Patricia Hauber; and one great-grandson, Matthew Hauber. A special thank you to all the staff at Cudworth Nursing Home for the excellent care they have given Dad for the past five years. A special thank you to all who went that extra mile for Dad. The Vigil of Prayer will be held on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. conducted by John Kohle. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. celebrated by Reverend Fr. Denis Phaneuf. Both services will be held at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Cudworth, SK . Rite of Committal to follow at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Cudworth, SK. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Michael's Haven, Cudworth, SK. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian Kuemper of SCHARF'S FUNERAL HOME 955-1600.
