Carroll was incredible. I met him through his daughter, Dale. He was a true artist and had a gift for floral arrangement When I first met him, I was surprised to find that he thought it was his florists at Sightler Florists who were the incredible ones, not him. I live out west, so he and I never got to be best friends, but if I would have stayed home in South Carolina, we for sure would have become best friends. I love art and Carroll was one of the best artists that God ever created.
