my condolences to you Mam, I am sorry for your loss, I Will cherish the memories and be grateful for the time knowing your son. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for your loss. What Defines my Good-bye in your Legacy guest book for your son Christian, is not the loss of contact, It is the memory of a good friend. When you stated Christian easily made friends, their is no doubt this is the truth, for he found a friend in me, and a good-bye does not define being forgotten, will always have your Son's Legacy Memorial Page locked in as a favorite web page, on a computer named "frosty". Christian is and forever will be "Larger than Life". Whenever I hear this song by the Backstreet Boys, reminds me of your son Christian.

I cannot believe you've been gone for six years. Today, you would have been 46. I miss you as much today, as the day you went to heaven. You died just one month after you turned 40. I still love you so much and miss you beyond any words I can write. Love you, Mom

Will never forget him being a great friend, lost contact over the years, remember playing cards late into the night, with Christian and his Downstairs apt neighbor Jennifer, at the Oaks apartments on Swartz Rd, ending up spending the night on Christian's couch. Remember buying him a brand new guitar when he was recording his own demo tapes around that time, he was talented and really loved sharing his music. Good-Bye Christian

I'm a friend of his from High School. I lived in Old Friasgate. I knew about the car accident but lost track of him after that. I also joined the military. I had no idea he had passed. It's very sad. I'm so sorry for yalls loss.

Thank you for your great comment. I still miss him so much. I still tear up at least once a day. A simple TV commercial will bring memories of him. If you go to his eldest son's facebook, you will be startled at how much he resembles Christian. His facebook is Tyler Younghaus.

Well, it's been over six months now since you left us, and I still cry every day when I see a blond haired teen age boy, or when I remember what a really good time we had in Germany. I loved the 80s when you were absolutely "heavy metal" in your style. You had gorgeous long blond curly hair and all the clothes that went with the times. I loved sitting and listening to you play your keyboard. Not everyone knew that you could play a keyboard - and you taught yourself. You deserved so much more in life than what you got. I miss you so much and I have such a hard time accepting that I will never be able to see you again, or hear your voice.

Love you - Mom

I knew Christian, Frosty, mid 90's. He was a great friend to me. I remember staying up late nights writing crazy songs with him. He helped me in was I don't think he ever knew, but with his help I found a peace I had needed for a long time. He forever touched my life and I always thought of him as a passing angel sent to help me get though a very hard time in my life. Christian, you were loved by many, and missed by many. you graced the lives of so many. I love you.

Our deepest condolences to all the Paquette family. Christian was truly special and was loved by us all who were there in the formative years. Our adventures with him, Mitsi, Jim and Kimi during our tour in Wetzlar, Germany are great memories; especially of the Gypsies. We shared many more wonderful times when we were all stationed at Ft. Jackson. Christian was my "family" and we even brought him home on leave to NC. His wit and intelligence were delightful. We hope his memory lives on in all his sons. We'll leave the porchlight on...
