Margaret Helen Weber, 81, of Norfolk, MA, passed away on December 29, 2020. She was born on January 2, 1939 to the late Cornelius and Margaret (Murphy) Cronin and grew up in Boston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R Weber, her two brothers, Wieham Cronin, Eugene Cronin of Rockland, and three sisters, Helen Bonner, Rita Diminico, and Dorothy Russo.
Margaret graduated from Jamaica Plain High School and attended Blessed Sacrament in J.P. Margaret has lived in Norfolk for over 40 years. She worked as a Word Processor in Personnel at the Department of Corrections for the Commonwealth of MA. After retirement, she was an avid volunteer for the Norfolk Public Library, the Wrentham Senior Center, and taught ESL at the Franklin Library. She was a communicant at St Jude Norfolk.
She is survived by her two children, John Weber of New Ipswich NH, and Michael C Weber of Richmond, VA, and her sister, Mary Silve of Norfolk, MA. She also leaves behind three grandchildren: Melissa Colby of Pittsfield, NH, Mary Weber of Aztec, NM, and Parker Weber of New Ipswich, NH, and two great-grandchildren: Trevor Daniel Colby and Taylor Elizabeth Colby.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday January 2 from 8-9:30 AM at the RJ Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street in Wrentham. A funeral service will follow at St Jude Catholic Church, 86 Main Street, Norfolk, MA at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choosing.
