The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Peter Cognetti for his outstanding care over the last 16 years and invaluable counsel, as well as to Dr. Eric Blomain, Dr. Gene Grady, Dr. Ted Stampien and the doctors and nurses at Sloan Kettering. They're also incredibly grateful for the many friends and family members who provided much needed care and compassion during this very difficult time.
