Obituary

Beverly Mack, 90, a lifelong Duryea resident, died Monday at United Methodist Homes - Wesley Village Campus in Pittston, where she had resided during illness. Her beloved husband of 59 years, Robert Mack, preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2015.

Born on Nov. 28, 1928, and daughter of the late William and Gladys Evans Felts, Beverly was a graduate of Duryea High School. A graduate of Scranton's Lackawanna Business School, she then became an insurance underwriter until retirement. With great faith in her Savior, Lord Jesus Christ, she was a faithful, active and lifelong member of Brick United Methodist Church in Duryea. Loved by all who knew her, she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by loving nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Gloria Giles, Zelphia Carter, Alice Titus and William Felts.

Her family wishes to thank the entire staff of Wesley Village for its longtime care.

Private funeral services will be Thursday, to be celebrated by the Rev. Sharon Deitz, Brick United Methodist Church pastor. Burial will follow at Marcy Cemetery, Duryea.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Beverly's name to the Brick United Methodist Church, 935 Foote Ave., Duryea, PA 18642.
