Jack was a dedicated member of Holy Rosary Church at Mary, Mother of God Parish, where he served faithfully as a Eucharistic minister and man of the altar.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Barry Minora and the staff of the Jewish Home, especially the third floor, and the nurses and staff of Compassionate Care Hospice.
