Hazel L. Donaldson

Hazel L. Donaldson, age 93, formerly of Saginaw and Lexington, died Tuesday, September 24, 2013, in Okemos.
She was born December 6, 1919 in New Haven, MI, daughter of the late John J. and Hattie P. (Nieman) Haack. She and Donald Donaldson were married August 18, 1945 at Omo U. Methodist Church in Macomb County. He died June 15, 2010.
Hazel worked at Huron Tool, Lexington and Means Stamping, Saginaw. She was a member of the Lexington U. Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughters Donna Jean (Mack) Seney of Lansing and Diane Schlieder of Tuscon, AZ.; five grandsons Chris, Jared, Jeremy, Adam and Jonathan; nine great grandchildren Emma, Laura, Taylor, Caroline, Brooke, Abby, Sage, Sadie and Mason.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 in the Lexington U. Methodist Church. The Rev. Betty Blair will officiate. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Lexington from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and at the Church from 12 Noon to 1 P.M. Saturday. Memorials are suggested to the Church or the Great Lakes Hospice Fdn., Jackson, MI
