James L. Cockerhan

Mr. Cockerham, age 86 passed away December 24, 2012.Services for Mr. Cockerham will be held on Thursday December 27, 2012 at Kingsville Baptist Church with Reverends Bart Walker and James Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the supervision of Griffin Funeral Home Ball.

Mr. Cockerham is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sarah Beth Cockerham ; sons, Ronnie (Barbara) Cockerham, Rayford (Mona) Cockerham; sister in law, Faye Cockerham; grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Aimee, Ethan and Emma Cockerham

Mr. Cockerham worked as a Petroleum Engineer. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger days then traveling after retirement

The family requests that visitation be observed on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 10A.M. until service time at Kingsville Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lottie Moon Mission offering in c/o Kingsville Baptist Church 3911 Monroe Hwy Ball, LA 71405 in memory of James Cockerham.

Mrs Beth, Ronnie , Barbara and family. Just wanted to express my condolences and to let you know I was thinking of you all at this time of Brother James's homegoing. I remember well when we see y'all out at Indian Creek and how much y'all loved camping and traveling. God bless.
