Faye Painter

Faye Painter, age 69, of Many went peacefully in her sleep to her eternal heavenly home on Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Alexandria at Riverside Hospital.

She was born February 1, 1943 in Lake Providence to Thurman and Mary Herrington. Faye worked in the waitress field most of her life and then owned and operated a fish camp with her husband, Larry Painter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Mary McCarty Herrington; sisters, Francis Baker, Altha Lee Parler, Joyce Ann Cooper and Kathy Tedder; and son-in-law, Shawn Hubenak. She is survived by husband, Larry E. Painter of Many; four daughters, Sherry Noel and husband Raymond of Sunset,; Pamela Hubenak of Wharton, Texas; Terry Eddington and husband Billy of Many, and Deana Wagner and husband Jeff of Illinois; three sons, Mark Ussery of Many; Keith Ussery of Many, and Eddie Painter and wife Lisa of Lafitte; five sisters, Linda Gant of Hineston; Viola Pruitt of Ball; Joy Barbee of Arizona; Rebel Lambert of Arkansas and Jeannie Lambright of Pineville; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

Pallbearers are Keith Ussery, Billy Eddington, Corey Eddington, Ethan Eddington, Evan Eddington and Joshua Ussery.

Honorary Pallbearers are her son, Mark Ussery, her son-in-law, Raymond Noel and all of her nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Beulah Baptist Church in Many with Paster Paul Grace officiating. Burial will follow in the Beulah Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Beulah Baptist Church with a 7:00 service officiated by Rev. Kenneth Leach.
