Charles "Chuck" Nunnink, Jr.

Pineville - Funeral services for Charles "Chuck" Phillip Nunnink, Jr. will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Chapel of White Oaks, 6324 Masonic Drive, Alexandria with Greg Strother officiating. Committal service will follow in the Roselawn Cemetery in Glenmora under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.

"Chuck", 79, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born June 11, 1939 in Inglewood, California to the union of Charles Phillip Nunnink, Sr. and Beulah Klett Nunnink. He wants to be remembered as "A Good Ole Boy". Chuck proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Machinery Repairman Second Class. He served in Operation Hardtack. He was also a licensed airplane pilot. In his free time, he loved racing his Corvette. He deeply loved God and his family.

Chuck is preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Jeannette Brady Nunnink; and his parents, Charles Nunnink, Sr. and Beulah Nunnink.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are: three stepdaughters, Shan Rayner DeLoach (Randy) of Pineville, Sheila Rayner Lucas (John) of Colleyville, Texas, and Theresa Rayner of Woodworth; six grandchildren, Amanda DeLoach, Brandy Nalley, Chance Roshto, Adam Roshto, Riley and Natalie Lucas; three great-grandchildren, Gracelyn, Rhylee, and Koree; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers to serve will be Randy DeLoach, David Roshto, Chance Roshto, John Lucas, Rocky Brady, and Cameron LaBorde.

Visitation will be held in the Chapel of White Oaks - Alexandria on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the chapel.
