Julius Erving Johnson Sr.

Services for Julius Erving Johnson Sr. will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Christian Love Baptist Church in Alexandria with the Rev. Larry Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Boyce Community Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson Sr., 31, of Las Vegas, formerly Alexandria, passed away January 31, 2014 at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He served in the United States Marines for six years and later was employed at Rampart as a security guard.

Survivors include his wife Mary Star Varga; son Julius Erving Johnson Jr.; parents Herman and Theresa Johnson all of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother Jordan Johnson; and sister Marquitta Blair.
