Services for Mr. Mack Henry Dixon will be at 10:00 am on January 11, 2014 at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Alexandria with the Rev. Tom Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Raven Camp Cemetery in Colfax under the direction of Boyce Community Funeral Home.

Mr. Dixon 67, of Alexandria passed away on January 4, 2014 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta Dixon, Father Elijah Duncan; grandmothers Sophia Tanner Williams, and Anna Duncan; grandfathers, Stephney Williams and Robert Duncan.

Survivors include daughter, Yolanda Lee; step daughter, Latoria Henderson; step sons, Travis Alexander and Derrick Alexander; sisters Jackie Williams, Alma Hillman, Cressie Jones, Lana Duncan, Benita Duncan, and Wanda Duncan; brothers, Grover Hickman, Edgar Duncan, and Maurice Duncan; a special neice Ja'Miyah Burns; and granchild Donte Lee

A wake will be Friday on January 10, 2014 at the church from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

The family would like to express their gratitude to various loving sitters, Alamina Williams, Diane Easter, Lisa Wilson, Amedysis Home Health, Jennifer, Jay, Kim and the staff of Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, ICU nurses, Dr. Smith, 2 North, 4 North, 5 North, 6 North nurses and CNA's for your diligently care that you gave our loved one.
