Shirley had worked for many years and retired from Oberlin Elementary. She enjoyed spending time with her children who she dearly loved and adored. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her four children, Linda and Bill Humphries of Natchitoches, Jimmy and Cindy Wiggins of Downsville, La, Susan and Vince Robertson of Tyler, TX and Lori Jackson of Oberlin; one brother-in-law, Bill Wiggins of Chesapeake, VA; eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of sixty-seven years, James Wiggins; and infant daughter, Lisa Ann; and sister, Sue Christian.
