1919 - 2015 Loved and loving wife of Bernard Thomas (dec), youngest child of Lionel and May Gooding, pre- deceased by her treasured siblings Len, Thelma and Roy. Devoted mother of Nola (dec), Gregory, Pamela, Lindsay, Jeremy and Patrick, proud grand- mother of 15, great grandmother of Erin Joyce and Joey Woodley. First teaching at Moulyinning and successfully farming with Bernard, her life was filled with caring and service for others; membership of Kukerin Parish and Bunbury Diocesan Pastoral Council, involved member of Bunbury Catholic Women's League and foundation member of Morley CWL. JOYCE (Joan):
Now finally resting in perfect peace with Dad. The last of the pre-war Mouly Goodings, aged 95 years. Mum to Gregory, mother-in-law to Shelley, grandma to Nic and Karen and great grandma to Erin.
JOYCE (Joan):
Beloved wife of Bernard, loving mother of Pamela and friend of Clem, an exceptional grandmother to Emma, Daniel and Lucy, whose life was characterised by good will, generosity, hard work and service to her church and community. She was indeed "worth far more than rubies".
