Passed away at RPH with his family by his side. Dearly loved husband of Pat for 60 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Stephen, Karen and Ashley. Adored Pop to Ashlea, Lauren, Hannah, Jakeb, Thomas, and their partners, Will, Jared, Lee, Emily and Jess.

Our family would like to thank Prof Mark Thomas and his renal team at RPH for their care and devotion to Dad. Dr Thomas, you went above and beyond in your care of Dad and for that we thank you. Our thanks also to Dr Patrice Mwipatayi and his team at RPH for their wonderful care of Dad.

Frederick Thomas James (Fred):
My dearest husband of 60 years. You worked so hard and achieved so much for your family. We are all so proud of you and what you have given us. You didn't deserve the pain and suffering you went through, and now you are free. I love and miss you so much.
'We'll meet again'

Frederick Thomas James (Fred):
You fought the good fight as usual. In charge until the very end, as usual. The last race has finished and I can't call you to tell you about the run. Never mind, we'll just watch the replay a few times and enjoy it. Trust me, we will find another fast one.
See ya mate, Steve.
Frederick Thomas James (Fred):
Dad, my heart is broken now that you've gone, but to know you're free of pain is such a relief. Words can't convey the love and admiration I have for you. Thank you for your wisdom, guidance and endless love. You gave so much and asked for so little.
I love you.
'We'll meet again'

Frederick Thomas James (Fred):
Thanks Fred for your generosity, advice and support. Your strength will be remembered as we 'play on' in life.

Frederick Thomas James (Fred):
To our dearest Poppy,
Thank you for being the best Pop anyone could ever ask for. Thank you for everything you did for our family, and loving us all so much. Thank you for all of the life lessons, advice and wonderful stories. And thank you for fighting one hell of a fight right until the end. Words cannot describe our heart break, however we are so incredibly lucky to have so many beautiful memories of the wonderful man you were.
Forever in our hearts, we love you Cobber.
