Frances Moore "Patty" Gagarin died peacefully on Nov. 18, 2007, at age 90. She was married for 65 years to Prince Serge Gagarin.
She was the daughter of Charles W. Moore and Frances Wickham Moore of St. Louis.
She was a resident of Greenfield Hill and Southport, Conn.
Patty is survived by her husband, her sons, Andrew of Watch Hill, and Charles of Carmel Valley, Calif., and two grandchildren, Sasha and Serge Gagarin of Watch Hill.
Patty attended the Mary Institute of St. Louis and the Ethel Walker School. She was a member of The Fairfield Garden Club, The Country Club of Fairfield, The Pequot Yacht Club and The Aubichwi Gun Club.
She was an expert in early American antiques and head of Patty Gagarin Antiques for over two decades. Newtown Bee Antiques Weekly: She was a participant in the East Side Armory Antiques Show for many years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent the Patty Gagarin Memorial Fund, Southport Congregational Church, P.O. Box 366, Southport, CT 06890.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at The Southport Congregational Church, 524 Pequot Ave., Southport.
