Joe Camacho Sr. a smiling proud man. The vision I have of him coming down the hill in his pickup truck complete with big rig diesel smokestacks in the bed. He'd come out beaming with a firm handshake only a ww2 era man could give. He leaves a proud legacy in Joe Jr. without who's heroism a mother and son would have died prematurely in a fiery car wreck: and in Terry who personifies his father's work ethic and acts of kindness. Karen I have not had the honor of knowing. As in the classic film from his era "It's a Wonderful Life," "One man's life touches so many other lives." May God keep him.

I've known Joe for several years through the senior center. Often I'd also visit with him at Babe's Pizza in Cutten.
Every time I saw him he'd give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Such a sweet and kind man and I'll truly miss him!
My condolences to the whole family. RIP dear Joe!
