Brian Kenneth Converse was born at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota on May 7, 1965 to his parents Kenneth George Converse and Betty Ann (Greene) Converse. He moved with his family to Longmont, Colorado when he was 6 months old. He graduated from Longmont High School in 1984. He married Barbara Wieland in 1987. They later divorced. They had one daughter Heather Courtney Converse. He was physically disabled and unable to work since 2000. He was a plater by profession before that time. Before becoming disabled he loved camping in the mountains and anything to do with the outdoors. His father, Kenneth Converse and his brother, Craig Converse preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother, Betty Converse of Longmont, Colorado; and two brothers, Scott Converse and Michael Converse both of Longmont, Colorado. He is also survived by his daughter, Heather Converse of Burlington, Colorado. There will be a private family burial service in the spring.
