I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Joan. I so enjoyed working with her at Mead Middle school in so many different ways. She was a pillar of the Mead community and I know she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was always willing to step in and help whenever and however she could. My deepest sympathies to all of you. ~ Karen Canby

Joan & I started working at Mead Middle School on the same day--in the old High School building--in 1972. We had many good times together , even after we moved to WA--and always shared pictures of our families. My heart goes out to each of you, with special prayers for Don, Tommy, Janet & Brian.
