Patrick, Jennifer and Matthew
Your wife/mother is surely loved and missed. Time spent with her on the various PACslocal, district and provincialalways seemed important and relevant. Her enormous energy, effectiveness and leadership skills paved the way for so many important steps towards improving the educational platform between parents and School District 61. I personally enjoy a plethora of fond memories of late-night meetings, deadlines, and sharing hotels rooms in Vancouver as we sat up late into the night preparing for the next day's events.
Linda's magnanimous personality brought joy to social gatheringsshe would dazzle us with gourmet treats from her kitchen, and if we were lucky, bless us with a song from her delightful voice. Never short of opinions, Linda was a true inspiration.

So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She devoted much time and effort in advocating for our kids in school serving on her local PAC and leading the VCPAC. A special passion of hers were kids who were subject to bullying and she was one of the first to advocate strongly for those kids. Much of the progress we have made in Victoria is due to her pioneering efforts and dedication.
My sympathy to her family and those close and dear to her.

Dear Pat, Jennifer and Matthew,
We are greatly saddened by Linda's passing. She was such a kind and generous person. We remember so fondly our last get-together at tea-time at the Empress in Victoria. what moments to recall! In Montreal, I remember so warmly having you all as such wonderful neighbours! I recall those memorable walks we used to take where we used to resolve the problems of the planet. We will miss her tremendously.

Please accept our deepest sympathies.
