I was so sad to hear this news. I’m thinking of you Ross and the boys. Many fun memories from long ago when we got up to all kinds of shenanigans :) a great co worker and a lovely friend. She will be missed.

I am so saddened to read of Barb's passing. My condolences to Ross, Ira, Arlin, the grandchildren and other family members. I met Barb in the early 1980's when my daughter Melissa and Ira became close friends as they attended Pleasant Valley school. We visited Barb and Ross' lovely home across from Green Lake a number of times. Barb was a gentle soul, beautiful inside and out. The world is a much better place because she was in it.
Take care, Maureen Makepeace-Dore (Maureen Parkes).

I am so sad to hear of Barb’s passing, I worked with her for years at Sears Nanaimo. She was always such a happy person and had nice things to say about everyone. She had a wonderful sense of humour and I shared a lot of laughs and good times with her, she certainly could light up a room. To Ross and family, how lucky you were to have such a special lady in your life, she will be missed.
