Carrie Katherine Margaret Buckler, beloved mother, wife, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly on July 5 2018. She leaves behind her husband Stephen Quigley, her two beautiful daughters Lola and Poppy, her father Bruce Buckler (Beau), her mother Deana Robinson, as well as her siblings, a large extended family and friends from all over the world.

Carrie lived an incredible life in the short time she had, travelling to many exotic places and getting to experience some things that many people never dream of. From her internship in Switzerland where she learned that the Swiss do not believe in vegetarians, to crashing on friends' couches in New York, to eating what she deemed the best food in the world out of carts in the streets of Thailand, to meeting her husband at an Irish pub in Paris. She touched the lives of people wherever she went.

Carrie was passionate about food and wine; an exquisite cook and a trained sommelier with a nose and palate that could not be fooled or easily matched. Carrie truly lived by the motto that life is too short to drink cheap wine.

A celebration of life will be held at The Belfry Theatre on July 18. Open House between 2pm and 4pm.

Carrie's girls were the most important part of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to:
