THOMSON, Dr. J. (Niven) Died peacefully on December 22, 2009 in Victoria, BC. Niven was born in Newmilns, Ayrshire, Scotland on February 17, 1930. Dearly loved husband, dad (dy)", pop", grampa", brother, uncle, empathetic healer, educator, friend and philosopher. Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly, leave the rest to God."
