Miriam and I were on the Colquitz staff together. We were neighbours in Cadboro Bay for many years. My sons were friendly with Lance.
I always remember Miriam as a friend who helped me with my work as she was a good councillor on our staff. I thought she had a happy retirement for many years. I have just passed my hundredth birthday so I have a long way to go.
