To the Flaig family, I was Blessed to know both your mother and your father. We served on a Mortgage to Ministry committee, together, through Lambrick Park Church. Your mom helped me with my sewing projects and shared some of her deepest thoughts. Your mom and dad were both solid and wise members of our committee. Please accept my sincere condolences. xx

Our deepest sympathy to the Family. David was our Bible leader a few years back and was greatly appreciated for his knowledge and his wisdom. He also had many funny stories and life experiences that he shared with the group. We appreciated him, now he is with his God whom he loved.

My deepest sympathy to the Flaig family. It was with surprise that I read of your dads passing. Dave was a hard worker, a friend and a man of his word. Dave articled with my husband Jim and was an usher at our wedding in Creston. He will be missed in Victoria s business community as well.

To the Flaig Family
Our building supply industry is saddened by the news of Davids lose. David always made time to discuss issues in our industry and shared his views on how things should be run. We will miss his phone calls and input in doing his part to make our industry a better place to work. His contribution was great and we are thankful for the time we shared with him.

To Jarrett, Aaron, Boyd, Sharon and their families.
Both Maureen and I were very surprised and sorrowed to learn of Dave's passing this week. I first met him in the mid 1950's when the Flaig family moved to Creston. We both were going to the same high school and rode the same school bus.
Later we both trained to become Chartered Accountants at the same Accounting firm in Victoria. Dave was very successful both as an accountant and as an entrepreneur. I had the opportunity to work with him for a few years at Lumberworld.
He will be missed by many.
