Dennis Schean

Schean, Dennis Jaye, age 50, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday morning, Jan. 18, 2014, at his home. Dennis was a member of New Testament Baptist Church in Maynardville. He was a member of Boilermaker Local #453. Dennis was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia M. Schean; sisters, Debbie Denise Schean and Bobbie June Schean; brothers, James W. Schean and Donald Ray Schean.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Lynn Schean; son, Derick Schean, of Indiana; father and stepmother, Bobby and Bonnie Nell Schean, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., who is also a retired member of Boilermaker Local; sisters, Lynn Marie Schean, of Chattanooga, Darcie Schean, of Dallas, Texas, Reagan Antonucci, of Irvin, Calif.; stepchildren, Athena Baker, Joshua Miller, Kyle Miller and Richard Miller; stepgrandchildren, Taylor Miller, Jacey Miller, Logan Miller, Layla Baker, Jordan Baker and Leah Miller; uncle, James C. Schean Jr.; several nieces and nephews; loving companion, Reece; special friends, Mike Gilreath, Darrell Smith, Heath and Keith Powell and many other friends at the Boilermakers Local.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday followed by funeral services at 6 p.m. at the Click Funeral Home Middlebrook Chapel with the Rev. Mike Samples officiating.
