Sandy: I remember all the fun times we had at your house with your mom. I have not seen her in years (you either!), but have wonderful, fond memories. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a very special person.

What a trooper she was at the Y. My sweet friend, I'm going to miss your smiling face at the YMCA every week.

Words can't describe Aunt Irene. She was a sweet, giving and caring person. She had an infectious smile. I will always be her "Donna Cat" I love you Aunt Irene. Tell Daddy hi. I know you are with him and Grandaddy and Grandma. I love you girls and I know this is a hard time for you.

I don't think words can describe Irene. No matter what was going on- she always had a way to make you get it together. No moping time. I'm sure she is in heaven, drinking coffee, eating a sausage biscuit and wondering what all the fuss is about

Irene was always a bright smile when she came to the Ashland Library were I worked. She never was down or gloomy and I used to love seeing her come in--knew it would be a nice visit. She'll be missed.
