June 5, 1922 - Sept. 8, 2018 Vallejo Mary L. Anderson passed away Saturday at a care home in Vacaville following complications of pneumonia. She was born in Clinton, IN, had called Vallejo her home for over 90 years. She was a housewife. Mary and her late husband, Walt were longtime members of the Vallejo Elks Lodge and their RV Club the 559ers. She also was a member of Catholic Social Service. She enjoyed square dancing, playing bridge and was a former "Pink Lady" volunteer at the old Vallejo General Hospital. She is survived by her children, Kathie Ambrosini, and Tom (Martha) Anderson; grandchildren, Todd, Erica and Gregory Leverettt, Alec James and Jimmy and Scott Anderson; great grandchildren, Andrew and Grayson Leverett, Helena Guajardo, Walter, Layla and Barbara White, Milo Anderson, Kellan, Aiden, Jack and Oliver Anderson and Gavin Leverett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walt Anderson in 2004. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday at Twin Chapels Mortuary. Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery.
