Margarita leaves to rejoice for the life she lived her husband, Deane Rader; her daughters, D'enne West and Tammy Rader; her grandson, Matthew West; her brothers, Richard and Bill Haro; and her sister, Terri Bunting.
Margarita was born in Bremerton, Wash. She married her high school sweetheart and moved to Vallejo in 1964. Margarita was a long-time employee of the Vallejo City Unified School District, where she was a friend to everyone.
As Margarita requested, there will be no funeral service. Her body will be cremated and her ashes will be spread in the San Francisco Bay.
Sometimes, when we are lucky, angels come to live on earth. Margarita was one; gentle, kind and filled with love. Those wishing to honor Margarita are asked to be an angel for someone in their life.

Margarita will not only be missed by her family, but by all the people she touched though out her life. She was a kind person and so helpful to anyone who asked her for help. I got to know her when I worked at the old Curry site. I was just thinking of her the other day and will continue to remember her in the future.

Deane,
Margarita was/is indeed an angel. She had a positive affect on everyone who met her. I will always remember our walks and talks together. My thoughts are with you and the girls in this time of loss.

I first met Margarita when we were both members of First Presbyterian Church. Our paths crossed again when she worked at the school district's professional development center. I will always remember her cheerful spirit, her easy smile. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I admired her wonderful marriage. It was easy to see how much she enjoyed her daughters. I often think of her and I don't think that will change with her passing.

Margarita was an outstanding person. Always smiling and always helping. I was just a high school student working part-time with her at the school district. But I do recall her beautiful spirit.

What wonderful memories I have of Margarita while working at the school district's Ed Tech office. She was truly a friend to all and made the workday a pleasure. She talked often about her family and her joy of kite flying. I'll always think of her great smile and will miss her.

Deane,
Even though it has been a long goodby I know it must be a very difficult time for you and your family right now. My acquaintance with Margarita goes back to our days with our children at Cooper School. I always enjoyed visiting with her when I visited the D. Office later on while working at the old Curry site. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
