My Aunt Alta was fun, kind and took the time to show interest in me and my family though she had a large family of her own. My dad loved his only sister and told us stories. When they would get to buy a sweet treat at the store, she would buy a sour pickle- a kindred spirit! Alta worked hard, loved her family and will be missed.

Hello,
I worked for Mrs. Barritt at K-Mart in the Ladies Deppartment on Loop 11 during the late 1970's and early 1980's while in high school. She was such a sweet lady; I always thought the world of her. I am sorry to hear of her passing. May God Bless you all during this time.
