Ada E. Yoder 1950-2018

67 of 4630 CR 59 Baltic died Sunday, July 8, 2018 at LifeCare Hospice House in Wooster. She was born October 24, 1950 in Holmes County to the late Eli M. and Barbara G. (Troyer) Yoder. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She was married on October 25, 1973 to Jonas E. Yoder and he died July 17, 1995.

She is survived by her children, Melvin (Freda) Yoder of Baltic, Fannie Mae (Melvin) Barkman of the home, Barbara (Leon) Yoder of Baltic and Suvilla Yoder of Sugarcreek; grandchildren, Keith, Heidi, Cindy Sue, Kevin, Michelle, and Sheri Yoder, Twila, Nathan and Rhoda Barkman, and Rolan, Maynard and Lavern Yoder; brothers and sisters, Fannie Yoder, Susan (Elmer) Kempf, Edna (John) Miller, Barbara (Phineas) Yoder, Anna (Aden) Yoder, Mary (Henry) Schlabach, Mose (Katie Ann) Yoder, David Yoder, John Yoder and Dan (Mattie) Yoder and brother-in-law, John M. Hershberger. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Katie and Sarah.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. at the Barkman Residence with Bishop Raymond D. Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Miller Cemetery in Clark Twp., Holmes County. Friends may call anytime at the residence. Arrangements are being handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek.
