Dear friends, I am so sad to hear of his passing. I knew him while working on a coal air case years ago. He was always so kind. So sorry for this loss.

I would like to offer my condolences to Scott's family. Although I did not know Scott personally, I taught Paul in kindergarten and he so kindly reached out to me after my husband's recent passing. His kindness reminded me how much family impacts how we live our lives and I know Scott must have been a wonderful father.

I am sorry to learn of Scott's passing. While I didn't know Scott well, our paths crossed in many ways during our lifetimes. I attended kindergarden and fist grade in St. Louis, a few years before he was born there. We shared mutual friends in Albany, Chris and Linda Dunn, for many years. My wife and I and several members of my family are graduates of Augsburg College, where Scott's son attended. We also found ourselves on opposite sides of a long running court case known as the Blacklist. We met years later and reconciled, and I found him to be a thoughtful, caring and dedicated family man with an open handshake and a warm heart. He earned my respect and gratitude. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to his family.
