Anne M. Taylor

Taylor, Anne M. SYCAWAY Anne M. Taylor, 94, died Sunday, August 26, 2018, at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Quinn Bouleris. Anne was raised and educated in Cohoes. During World War II, she was employed by the Watervliet Arsenal and later was employed by RTA Distributors in Albany briefly before her marriage. She was a homemaker for most of her life raising her family in Sycaway. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church in Troy. Anne enjoyed cross country skiing, dancing and traveling to Alaska and Ireland. She also attended an NFL Super Bowl at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. She was the wife of the late John E. Taylor who died in 2008; beloved mother of John Brent (Lynn) Taylor of Hoosick Falls, Gary P. Taylor of Troy and Craig Taylor (Chrissie Tanski) of Wynantskill. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 55 North Lake Ave., Troy with a calling hour prior to the Mass at church from 10-11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy. Arrangements are by the Doran Funeral Home in Troy.
