Joe used to come into Colonie Center into the Marine Corps recruiting office where I was working during his daily walks and talk to me for long periods of time about his experiences in the army and about his kids. I felt like I knew him very well and I was so sorry to learn about his passing. He was an amazing person, and I loved every minute of talking with him. He will be greatly missed!
