Sherry, Donald W. MOSLEY, Va. Donald W. Sherry, 80 of Mosley, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 10, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was born on July 11, 1938, in Manchester, N.H. and raised in North Albany. He was the son of the late William and Albea (Veilette). Donald graduated from Cathedral Academy in Albany in 1956 and proudly served in the U.S.M.C. He graduated from Farmingdale College on Long Island on 1961. He owned his business as a commercial artist in Manhattan; and also, was an inventor of Golf Articles. He was a proud fan of Golf, the N.Y. Jets and N.Y. Mets. Donald is survived by his loving wife Karen (Arnold) of 50 years. He is also survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Declan) McArdle and Deanna Sherry; son Ryan Sherry; brothers, Richard (Sharon) Sherry and Gerald Sherry; and sister Peggy Sherry. He is also survived by grandchildren and was uncle to many nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A memorial will be held at a later date in Long Island. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Jude would be deeply appreciated.
