Butler, Robert C. Jr. RENSSELAER Robert C. "Bobby" Butler Jr. left us unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Son of Bonnie (Mark) and Robert Sr. (Jen) Butler. He joins his Heavenly family grandparents, Myron and Helen Butler and Gerald and Joan Lovely; along with uncles, Joe, Jimmy, Mickey, Mike, Bill, and Jim; and aunt JoAnn. He leaves to mourn his passing, his children Mackenzie and Clay; sisters, Brooke and Brittany; nieces, Alexis and Aaliyah; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins of the Butler, Remington, Bloomer, Endres, and Reimann families. He will be sadly missed by many friends at "The Farm." His passions were spending time with his children, snowmobiling, horseback riding, four wheeling, being with his friends and spending time at his happy place, his camp in Brant Lake. He was a founding member of The King of Sling Riding Club. He was also a member of Castleton Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed his work installing wood floors around the United States. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family on Monday, September 17, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the WJ Lyons Jr Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Ave., Rensselaer. His funeral Mass will be Tuesday, September 18, at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph Church, 50 Herrick St., Rensselaer, with burial to follow (approximately 1 p.m.) in the Brant Lake Cemetery, Route 8, Brant Lake.
