Fitzpatrick, Timothy James GLENMONT Timothy James Fitzpatrick passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Born on July 9, 1958, in Parkchester, N.Y., he was the son of Dennis and Doris Fitzpatrick and a lifelong resident of Delmar. Tim married the love of his life Sally Finnegan in St. John the Baptist Church in Madrid, N.Y., on April 29, 1989. Tim was a communicant of St. Thomas Church in Delmar. He graduated from Bethlehem Central High School and The College of Saint Rose. In January 2017, after 26 years, Tim retired from AstraZeneca as an oncology representative. Tim was a loving family man. He was devoted to his wife, and together they enjoyed raising their two daughters, of whom he was so very proud. He enjoyed his many family vacations to Disney, Maine, Rhode Island and Lake Placid. He was proud of his Irish heritage and was known to raise a pint or two, always sporting a kind smile. He was an avid Yankees fan, enjoyed conducting his Lionel trains, watching cowboy movies, but most of all loved, spending time with his family. Tim was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Tim is survived by his wife, Sally; daughters, Lindsay and Brittany; grandpup, Rosco; mother, Doris Fitzpatrick; and siblings, Nancy (Todd) Rasner, Thomas (Sandra) Fitzpatrick, and Susan McNutt; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Applebee Funeral Home in Delmar. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Thomas Church in Delmar on Tuesday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) at ifundraise.nami.org/campaign/ Timothy-J-Fitzpatrick-Memorial or 3803 N.
