ALBANY Joanne LaBarge Mineau, 73, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at St. Peter's Hospital. Joanne was born in Pittsfield, Mass. and had lived in Feura Bush and then Coeymans Hollow for 30 years. She worked for the former Dime Savings in Delmar. Joanne was a volunteer at the Ephesian House in Ravena, participated in Christian Music Ministries and was a prayer partner in a local care group. She was a good and blessed friend to many. Survivors include her husband, Normand Mineau of Coeymans Hollow; children, Brenda O'Connor of Bradenton, Fla., Michael (Diane) Mineau and Mark (Mary) Mineau, both of Coeymans Hollow, Kathleen (Herb) VanAnden of Ravena and David (Julie) Mineau of Schaghticoke; brothers, Paul LaBarge and Ralph LaBarge; sister, Dianne Fairbanks; and six grandchildren, Catie, Adam, Jennifer, Angela, Nathan and Justin. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 8 at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Coeymans Hollow. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
