Anthony Farinelli

COEYMANS Anthony Farinelli, 90, entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 20, 2005. Anthony was born and raised in Ravena and had lived in Coeymans most of his life. He had attended Ravena High School. Tony was a World War II Army veteran, serving in the 351st Infantry Regiment, 88th Division in Italy. In 1980, he retired after many years of service with the former Powell Minnock Brick Yard. He enjoyed music and was a drummer in the band The Five Key's and loved to paint. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Ravena. Anthony was predeceased by his wife, Rose Clouse Farinelli. Survivors include his son, Joseph S. Farinelli and his companion Patricia Sheehan of Coeymans. Anthony was also predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Anna (DiMonte) Farinelli; son, John; brothers, John, Willard and Sylvester; and sisters, Raphael, Susan and Mary. The family would like to thank the staff at Child's Nursing Home, St. Peter's Hospital and the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Thursday, December 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 Friday morning at St. Patrick's Church, Ravena.
