LOUDONVILLE Jane M. Futia, 83, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2005 at Albany Memorial Hospital. She was born in Albany to the late Anthony and Catherine Futia. Jane was a manager of the Colonie Coliseum for many years and recently retired from the Albany Board of Elections. Survivors include her brothers, Frank Futia of Delmar and James (Millie) Futia of Albany; sister, Pearl (Nick) Sparagna of Utica; and many nieces and nephews. Jane is beloved aunt to Jo Ann (August) D'Annibale of Albany, Victor (Carol) Ballato of Delmar, Joseph Cataldo of Guilderland and Kevin Cataldo of Albany. Jane was predeceased by her sisters, Mona Bowen, Angeline McDermott, Rosemary Cataldo and Ann Murgia, and her brother, Joseph Futia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. TODAY, Friday, April 7 at St. Pius X Church in Loudonville. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Jane may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
