Leonard, Martin "Bill" FEURA BUSH Martin "Bill" Leonard, 94, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Lutheran Health Care Center, Delmar. In his youth Bill worked with his father on the family farm. He retired after 25 years of service with the Voorheesville Army Depot and then he retired after 10 years with the Albany County Highway Dept. Bill was an avid baseball player and big fan of the NY Yankees. He made many trips to New York to watch them play. He also loved to travel. Survivors include his daughter, Joan Pemberton of Ravena; grandchildren, Cindy (Chuck) Burns, Terry Pemberton and Mickey Pemberton; great-grandchildren, Michael (Teri) Burns and Stephen (Danyell) Burns; and great-great-grandchildren, Zachary and Mathew Burns and twins, Troy and Thomas Burns. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Ethel Leonard; wife, Irene Cummings Leonard; two brothers, Harold and Clyde Leonard and son-in-law, Cliff Pemberton. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 19 at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday prior to the service starting at 9:00 a.m.
