ALBANY Mary Shovlin Brennan, 82, died Sunday, October 10, 2004 at St. Peter's Hospital. Mary was born in Penn. and had lived in Ravena, Selkirk and Albany. She retired in 1974 after many years of service at Albany Medical Center Hospital. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Ravena. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Brennan. Survivors include her nephew, Frank Cross and his wife Peggy of Selkirk; great-nieces, Anna and Lisa Cross; and many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Mary was also predeceased by her brothers, Daniel, Joseph and Thomas Shovlin and sisters, Catherine Butts, Rose DeMartine, Eileen Fatz, Genevieve Quick and Elizabeth Kozak. A funeral Mass will be held 9:30 Thursday morning, October 14 at St. Patrick's Church, Ravena. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Coeymans. Friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Wednesday, 5 to 8 p.m.
