Castle, Ethel M. RAVENA Ethel M. White Castle, 84, joined her Lord on Saturday evening November 3, 2007. She passed peacefully in the comfort of her loved ones. Ethel's great passion was her family. Her life was dedicated to the happiness and well being of her husband and two sons. No sacrifice was too great and no need was ever left unmet. She was truly an extraordinary mother and wife. Her generosity and love were not limited to her family. When anyone in her community fell ill Ethel was there to comfort them or nurse them back to health, often bringing her neighbors into her home until they were well. Ethel's faith in God was without limit. She loved her church, the Reformed Church in New Baltimore, serving that ministry in many capacities, including Sunday school teacher, Deacon, organist, church treasurer and Bible study leader. She was tireless in her service to her Lord. Ethel's husband, sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren loved, respected and admired her deeply. She will be missed beyond what our words will express. The celebration of her life will be held at the Reformed Church in New Baltimore on Wednesday, November 7th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Baltimore Reformed Church, PO Box 434, New Baltimore, NY 12124.
