JACKSON
James Charley Jackson, Jr., passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. He was born in Jacksonville, FL to the late James and Dorothy Jackson. James was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and retired from Swisher International as a machinist. Survivors include his sons, Darren Dangler and Jimmy Jackson (Shannon); daughter, Amy Jackson; sister, Barbarann Kelley; grandchildren, Jordan Jacksonville, Ashleigh Jackson, Kelcee Jackson, great grandson, Lucas and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday September 18, beginning at 5pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL.
Memorial services to follow at 6pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, with brother Jordan Chambers officiating.

James lived one block away. He was a really good friend growing up. He wasn't into mischief and If it was mechanical he liked it. And the girls all liked James. I think of him often.
