DARCHE Marilyn Darche died on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at age 85. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Marilyn lived her adult life in Jacksonville Florida as a mother and grandmother, an accomplished artist and art teacher, an elementary school teacher at Holy Rosary and Saint Patrick s Catholic schools, a St. Vincent s Hospital caregiver, a Third Order of Saint Francis officer, a Catholic Charities organizer, and charter member of Saint Patrick s Catholic Church. Marilyn touched the lives of so many as a lay minister of caring for all those in need. The wife of the late Eugene E. Darche, Marilyn is survived by her five children; Todd Darche, Kathleen Dunn, David Darche, Marilyn Rosetti, and Shelley Amirault; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and her sister Joan Etheridge. The family invites friends to a 9:30am Friday, April 5, Memorial Mass at San Jose Catholic Church, 3619 Toledo Rd. Jacksonville, FL.
