Obituary Condolences

John E. Yatsko, 93, of West Ridge Street, Coaldale, died Thursday, Oct. 25, in the St. Luke Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of the late Rosalie (O'Donnel) Yatsko, who died in 2005.
He had worked at the former No. 14 Colliery until it closed, and then moved his family to Quakertown, where he worked and retired from Murlin Manufacturing.
Born in Silver Brook, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna (Yanno) Yatsko.
A member of the former SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, Coaldale, he worshiped at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Tamaqua.
Surviving are two daughters, Roseann, wife of Christopher Pashoukos of Medford, N.Y., and Maureen Dooley, and her companion, Tom Sullivan, of Coaldale; a sister, Mary Kuzak of Coaldale; a brother Joseph of Trenton, N.J.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Michael J., who died in 1986; two brothers, George and Albert; and a sister, Catherine Yasenchak.
Service: Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, St. Jerome Catholic Church, Tamaqua. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, St. Isidore Cemetery, Quakertown. Call 9-10:30 a.m. Monday, E.
