John Fagan,
54, of Coaldale,
passed away on Friday,
Jan. 27, in the St. Luke's University Hospital, Fountain Hill.
Born on Dec. 1, 1962, in Coaldale, he was a son of John Fagan and his wife, Madeline, of Portland,
Maine, and the late Dorothy (Ohl) Fagan-Noth-
stein. He was also
predeceased by his stepfather, Ronald Nothstein.
A Panther Valley High School graduate, John
was an avid outdoorsman who liked to hunt and
He served honorably
in the U.S. Marines and
was a member of the
Coaldale American Legion.
Surviving are a brother, Gary Nothstein of
Tamaqua; a sister, Patricia Ann Valedon, and her husband, Steven Uher, of Coaldale; niece, Alisha Valedon; nephew, Erik Uher; and many friends, aunts and uncles.
Service: Memorial service 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 655 E. Broad St., Tamaqua. Interment with military honors, Sky View Memorial
