James Meinhart Obituary
James M. Meinhart "Jim" went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2018. He was born January 30, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio and grew up in Samaria, Michigan. He attended Bedford High School (1964) where he was an honor student and played varsity football. He attended The University of Toledo where he received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering as well as in Astronomy. He also earned a Master's Degree in Geology. Jim worked at Meinhart Electric, Inc. as an estimator and project manager. He was an avid University of Toledo football and basketball fan. Preceding him in death are his father Earl L. Meinhart and mother Erma M. Meinhart. He is survived by his brother, Thomas L. Meinhart (Ruth); nephew, Michael W. Meinhart and niece, Melissa L. Meinhart. In spite of his long battle with MS, his attitude and humor were always an inspiration. Memorials can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in Jim's name. https://www.nationalmssociety.org/Donate. There will be no public funeral services.
